What are the key performance indicators for your organization? What do these metrics say about your operations? How does your performance stack up against your competition in the race to capture donors' dollars? Are you utilizing these metrics to your best advantage? Answers to these questions, and many more, will be discussed during this presentation about key metrics for nonprofits.
Patricia Egan (Egan Financial Services)
"Neely Duncan navigated a technical area that not many people understand. Yet, for board, managerial, and charity evaluation purposes, understanding how to apply these metrics matters a good deal. Effective application of analytical metrics can help to identify problem areas before they become crises and can also point out areas of strength. THANK YOU so much, CPA Academy, for making this presentation possible."Lisa Gladdue (Gladdue, CPA)
"Wow! I just came in for some A&A CPE. I’ve heard this presenter before, but I must not have listened as carefully. She basically told me how to take my 15 years of city govt experience and apply it to being a great NFP Board member, plus a whole lot more. I really enjoyed this webinar and will use so much of what she talked about. Too much to remember. Only CPE that I’ll prob actually use the handout!"Linda Finnegan (Right On Time Bookkeeping)
"The basic idea of looking at the nonprofit as a for profit and using many of the same ratios was eye opening. More eye opening was the way Neely related these ratios to a nonprofit. GREAT information."Karen Morton (Herring, Roll & Solomon PC)
"This was one of the best webinars I've attended. The handouts included many helpful lists for reference and Neely uses real world examples that are so helpful in understanding the material."Angela Johnson (A & C Professional Group LLC)
"I truly enjoy Neely Duncan's webinars. She is always very thorough and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand the topics discussed."Jill Borovansky (Mercy Flights Inc)
"She always does a great job. I look forward to her presentations as I usually leave with some new, actionable information."Spencer Biery (Saginaw Valley Business Services)
"The webinar was very informative. I look forward to implementing some of the things I learned."Janet Allen (Deily & Company)
"Great class - more robust and technical than usual. This is something I can really apply."
